MedSkills Catalyst Pvt. Ltd. provides career-transition education, mentorship, and related learning services through a fully digital learning experience. We do not manufacture, sell, or deliver physical products.

This policy explains how students receive access to our programmes, learning resources, and related services following successful enrolment.

Digital Programme Delivery

All MedSkills Catalyst programmes, cohorts, masterclasses, mentoring sessions, counselling sessions, and related educational services are delivered digitally.

No physical products are shipped or delivered. Accordingly, no shipping or delivery charges apply to any purchase made through our website.

Programme Access

Upon successful enrolment and payment verification, students will receive programme-related communications through their registered email address and/or mobile number.

Depending on the programme, these communications may include:

• Enrolment confirmation
• Onboarding instructions
• Programme schedules
• Session access details
• Learning resources
• Community access
• Other important programme-related updates

Programme access details are generally shared before the commencement of the enrolled programme. Delivery timelines may vary depending on programme schedules, verification requirements, public holidays, or operational circumstances.

Delivery of Learning Services

Live classes, mentoring sessions, workshops, counselling sessions, and other programme activities are conducted through secure online video conferencing platforms or other digital learning platforms designated by MedSkills Catalyst.

The delivery platform may be updated or replaced from time to time to improve the learning experience or meet operational requirements.

Students are responsible for ensuring they have:

• A stable internet connection
• A compatible computer, tablet, or mobile device
• Access to their registered email address and mobile number
• The ability to access the digital platform communicated by MedSkills Catalyst

Student Responsibilities

Students are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date contact information during enrolment.

MedSkills Catalyst shall not be responsible for delays or missed communications resulting from:

• Incorrect contact details
• Spam or email filtering
• Network connectivity issues
• Device compatibility issues
• Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

If you do not receive your onboarding communication within a reasonable period after payment verification, please contact our admissions team.

Programme Modifications

To continuously improve the learning experience, MedSkills Catalyst reserves the right to make reasonable changes to:

• Programme schedules
• Session timings
• Faculty, mentors, or guest speakers
• Digital delivery platforms
• Learning resources
• Programme structure or curriculum
• Community platforms and communication channels

Such changes shall not constitute a failure to deliver the programme and do not entitle participants to refunds or other compensation.
