Refund Policy

1. The 7-Day Fit Guarantee

We want to ensure that MedSkills Catalyst is the absolute right fit for your career goals. We offer a transparent, no-questions-asked refund policy during the initial orientation week of the cohort:

• If you attend the orientation sessions and decide within the first 7 calendar days from the official cohort start date that this program is not right for you, you are eligible for a 100% refund of your paid tuition fees.
• To request a refund under this guarantee, you must submit a written request via email to billing@medskillscatalyst.com before 11:59 PM IST on the 7th day of the program.

2. Post 7-Day Policy

Because we strictly cap our cohort size to 6 seats to ensure direct, concierge-level clinical mentoring and placement coordination, late withdrawals directly impact another candidate's opportunity to join the program.

Therefore, after the first 7 days from the official cohort start date have elapsed, all paid tuition fees become entirely non-refundable. No partial or full refunds will be issued for voluntary withdrawals, program non-completion, or changes in personal circumstances.

3. EMI and Financing Plans

If you opted for a third-party financing or No-Cost EMI option through our banking partners (such as HDFC, ICICI, Axis, or Bajaj Finserv):

• Any cancellation requested within the 7-day refund window will release you from your financing obligation. We will coordinate with the financier to cancel the loan agreement.
• For cancellations after the 7-day window, you remain legally obligated to service the monthly EMI payments directly to the financing institution per the loan terms.

4. Program Deferral

If you experience unexpected medical or professional emergencies that prevent you from completing the program, you may request a one-time cohort deferral to the next scheduled batch. Deferral requests must be submitted in writing and are subject to verification and approval by the admissions committee.
