Cancellation Policy

This policy outlines the process for requesting cancellation of enrolment at MedSkills Catalyst. All cancellation requests are reviewed individually and are subject to the sole discretion of the Management.

How to Request a Cancellation

To request cancellation of your enrolment, you must submit a written request from your registered email address to info@medskillscatalyst.com.

Your email should include:

• Full Name
• Registered Mobile Number
• Registered Email Address
• Cohort Name
• Reason for Cancellation
• Relevant supporting documents (if applicable)

Cancellation requests are accepted only via email.

Cancellation Requests

Submitting a cancellation request does not automatically result in cancellation, refund, or release from any financial obligation.

Each request is evaluated individually by the Management based on the circumstances of the case and any supporting documentation provided.

The Management reserves the sole right to:

• Approve or reject a cancellation request.
• Approve or reject any refund request.
• Approve or reject a deferment to a future cohort.
• Determine any other resolution it considers appropriate.

The decision of the Management shall be final and binding.

EMI & Payment Plans

Students who choose to convert their payment into an EMI do so directly through their selected bank or financial institution during the payment process.

MedSkills Catalyst is not the lender and does not administer or control EMI approvals, repayment schedules, interest charges, cancellations, foreclosure, or any other financing terms.

Any request relating to the cancellation, modification, foreclosure, or closure of an EMI shall be governed solely by the terms and conditions of the respective bank or financial institution.

Students remain responsible for fulfilling all obligations under their financing agreement unless otherwise determined by the financing institution.

Medical Emergencies & Exceptional Circumstances

Students experiencing genuine medical emergencies or other exceptional circumstances may submit a written request together with relevant supporting documentation.

Based on the merits of the case, the Management may, at its sole discretion:

• Approve or reject a cancellation request.
• Approve or reject a refund request.
• Approve or reject a deferment to a future cohort.
• Provide any other resolution deemed appropriate.

Submission of a request or supporting documents does not guarantee approval.
